Chapter Chapter 5 in Morality and Corporate Governance: Firm Integrity and Spheres of Justice, 2013, pp 73-84 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract As I mentioned at the beginning of this book, the growing diffusion among large firms of the so-called Charters of Values or of the Business Principles and, long before both, of the Ethics Codes is the result of a long and diversified process that has currently reached its zenith and that reveals not only a great problem of social order but also the need, felt by the business world, to give a purpose to life at work.
