Abstract: Abstract Het rommelt in het land als het gaat om de voortgang in de kwaliteitsbeweging. In de ouderenzorg hebben de normen verantwoorde zorg geen steun meer, in de gehandicaptenzorg ontstaan nieuwe wegen met als leidraad kwaliteit van leven en de CQ Index dreigt door al te veel methodologische nadruk ook haar aansluiting met het veld te verliezen.
