Abstract: Abstract Patiëntgedreven ketenzorg die uitkomsten optimaliseert is perfect, maar de urgentie ontbreekt. De economische tegenwind is nog niet guur genoeg om tot meer radicale omslagen te komen. Dat was de algemene teneur van een Round Table van Flevum Forum die ik medio april mocht toespreken in het Rotterdamse stadhuis.
