Abstract: Abstract Bruggen slaan wordt voor de ouderenzorg een grote uitdaging, want het regeerakkoord van Rutte II lijkt de ouderenzorg uit elkaar te trekken. Het regeerakkoord biedt echter ook kansen voor bruggenbouwers met een krachtige visie op de ouderenzorg, zolang de budgettaire kaders maar gerealiseerd worden.
