Abstract: Abstract Het is belangrijk om periodiek en preventief de inrichting van de raad van bestuur van het ziekenhuis te bespreken. Toch gebeurt dit weinig. Deze waarneming wordt gedeeld door de bestuurders en toezichthouders van ziekenhuizen die wij voor ons onderzoek spraken.
