Abstract: Samenvatting In het voorliggende hoofdstuk behandelen we verschillende organisatorische aspecten die afweging vragen bij het al dan niet aangaan van een samenwerking. Zo staan we onder andere stil bij de governance en zeggenschap, de feitelijke uitwerking van een reorganisatie, de financiële consequenties van een samenwerking en de culturele aspecten van organisaties waarmee rekening gehouden dient te worden bij het samenwerken.
