Abstract: Samenvatting Zorg wordt verleend door mensen. Bij het vormgeven van een samenwerking tussen zorgaanbieders is om die reden speciale aandacht voor de werknemers, uitzendkrachten en zzp’ers op zijn plaats. In dit hoofdstuk besteden we aandacht aan diverse arbeidsrechtelijke onderwerpen die op kunnen komen bij samenwerken, zoals overgang van onderneming, outsourcing en medezeggenschap.
