Abstract: Samenvatting Door combifuncties geef je uitdaging en perspectief aan medewerkers met een variatie aan loopbaanpaden. In dit hoofdstuk beschrijf ik hoe combifuncties op verschillende manieren een lerende organisatie ondersteunen. Allereerst beschrijf ik verschillende soorten combifuncties. Vervolgens leg ik de verbinding naar de drie basisbehoeftes van de mens. Van daaruit beschrijf ik hoe combifuncties bijdragen aan de kwaliteit van de zorg én aan het creëren van veerkrachtige teams.
