Abstract:
Abstract A notion of parametric stability is formulated, which introduces the feasibility of equilibria into the Liapunov’s stability concept. The notion is defined to provide an appropriate framework for robust stability analysis of systems with uncertain parameters. Conditions for parametric stability are derived using the notion of M-functions, and applied to a class of Lotka-Volterra equations with general nonlinear terms.
