Abstract:
Abstract Vern Hoggatt Jr. had an insatiable appetite for problem solving at all levels of mathematics. Thus, it is not surprising that he so often exhibited his contagious enthusiasm for the types of ”classroom anecdotes” contained in this paper. I fondly recall his support.
