Chapter Chapter 1 in Oscillation Theory for Second Order Linear, Half-Linear, Superlinear and Sublinear Dynamic Equations, 2002, pp 1-12 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract In this introductory chapter, we shall provide conditions which guarantee that all solutions of a particular class of second order nonlinear differential equations are continuable, bounded, and converge to zero. Then, we shall state several fixed point theorems which play an important role in our later chapters.
