Abstract: Abstract Nonparametric tests are suitable for categorical and rank data and data having no assumption of normal distribution. Sign test, rank test (Wilcoxon rank-sum test), and Spearman rank correlation test are introduced. The technique for use of the tests is explained with the help of examples.
