Abstract:
Abstract Chandrasekhara Venkata Raman (C.V. Raman) was born on 7 November 1888, in a village called Tiruvanaikkaval in the present state of Tamil Nadu. He received Western education and became a teacher. Raman’s father had studied Science and Mathematics.
