Chapter Chapter 9 in Dynamic Systems with Time Delays: Stability and Control, 2019, pp 211-235 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract This chapter is concerned with the synchronization problem of complex dynamical networks with coupling delay. The synchronization analysis under centralized and decentralized dynamic controllers is accomplished, and then both controllers are designed. In which, the delay period is divided into two subintervals with weight. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is shown by a numerical example.
