Chapter Chapter 7 in Reliability and Survival Analysis, 2019, pp 115-141 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract In both reliability and survival analyses, regression models are employed extensively for identifying factors associated with probability, hazard, risk, or survival of units being studied. This chapter introduces some of the regression models used in both reliability and survival analyses. The regression models include logistic regression, proportional hazards, accelerated failure time, and parametric regression models based on specific probability distributions.
