Abstract:
Abstract At present, environmental issues have become the focus of attention of the government and the public, and economic development needs to be transformed into a green and sustainable model. China’s real estate construction industry consumes over 40% of the total energy consumption of society. The development of green finance plays an important role in promoting environmental protection and economic development. This article will revolve around how to develop green financial power in Guizhou green ecological residential area construction, promote the development of green building concentrated mass, shape the future development of real estate opportunities to study, in view of the problems in Guizhou green real estate finance development present situation, put forward effective countermeasures and policy Suggestions.
