Abstract: Abstract In recent years, with the rapid development of science and information technology, more and more researchers have paid their research attention to multi-agent systems and have obtained many remarkable achievements [1–12]. On the one hand, multi-agent system provides a theoretical research method for modeling and analysis of complex systems [13–16]. On the other hand, multi-agent system is also an important branch of distributed artificial intelligence research [17, 18].
