Abstract:
Abstract It has been 30 years since the beginning of China’s Reform and Opening, in 1978, when the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China met. According to the language of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the goal of the Reform and Opening can be summarized as “a great historical turning point, away from a highly centralized planned economy to a vibrant socialist market economy, from a closed or semi-closed economy to one that is comprehensively open”.
