Abstract Caijing: At the beginning of 2003, you three gentlemen talked about “China under the rule of law”, analyzing the problems China faced at that time, and pointed out that the rule of law was the key to future reforms. Ten years on, China has bid farewell to the previous political cycle. In your opinion, what progress has China made in the rule of law over the past ten years, and what have the shortcomings been?
