Abstract: Abstract Xu Chenggang: At this critical moment of restarting China’s Reform and Opening, we are honored to invite Professor Kornai to have a dialogue with his old friend of more than 30 years, Professor Wu Jinglian, to again discuss the major issues facing China’s economic reform. So let’s get into it. Most of the questions will first be answered by Professor Kornai, followed by answers from Professor Wu Jinglian.
