Abstract: Abstract The comprehensive performance evaluation of reinforced concrete structure sense involves a wide range. Meanwhile it’s requires a lot of people, financial and material resources. Aiming at the disadvantage of high cost evaluation of reinforced concrete structure, this paper introduces the Fuzzy hierarchical analysis model to analyze the comprehensive performance evaluation of reinforced concrete engineering. And it’s applying the relevant literature, the F-AHP method and the Delphi method. Based on the evaluation of practical engineering, it was proved that the evaluation of this method was in accordance with the engineering practice. This result reduces the cost of comprehensive performance evaluation of reinforced concrete engineering effectively. In addition, the results of the study also provide the theoretical basis for evaluating the comprehensive performance of concrete engineering with the qualitative and quantitative aspects.
