A chapter in Proceedings of the 24th International Symposium on Advancement of Construction Management and Real Estate, 2021, pp 1019-1031 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The rapid growth of national economy has led to more and more large-scale construction projects in China. The traditional project management mode is difficult to adapt to the requirements of the large construction projects. Inefficient exchange of information, massive waste of resources, and declining rate of profit have hindered the development of the large-scale construction projects. The SWOT method is used to analyze the supply chain of large-scale construction projects and 16 factors are obtained. The weight of judgment matrix is calculated by expert system scoring combined with analytic hierarchy process. According to the results, this article draws the strategic quadrilateral and obtains the order of supply chain strategy selection for large-scale construction projects. This article provides a new idea for selecting supply chain management strategy scientifically.
