Abstract: Abstract Digital technology is shocking the whole industries in the world. It is significant to sustain a trans-generational entrepreneurship by building shared values between families in a digital age, sustaining the value of constant entrepreneurship, and showing values through sustainability. In this article, we will introduce two cases to illustrate how digital transformation process is implemented by these two SMEs with different innovation strategic positions. One is a traditional screw manufacturing enterprise which innovate in the original industry. The other one is a small business which applies the communication technology to enter a new market. This article has significantly value for understanding how the family entrepreneurship is sustained and created during the digital transformation process.
