Chapter Chapter 10 in Angel Investing, 2021, pp 285-306 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract This chapter explains angel investing from the standpoint of entrepreneurs, who are trying to raise funds from angel investors. However, the chapter is equally important for angel investors to correlate the concepts explained in the earlier chapters, and to position themselves as attractive choice for entrepreneurs. Questions such as, how should entrepreneurs approach these angel investors, what should be the criteria to select these angels, and where do entrepreneurs falter while raising funding from angel investors, are answered.
