Abstract:
Abstract Many businesses operate within a city or within communities. Cities both develop services to improve liveability in the city, while at the same time, cities develop services that help businesses in the city to create business value. City design must develop the infrastructure that enables businesses to operate in ways that meet business goals, while at the same time, making it easier to meet city values. To do this, cities develop policies to enable businesses to add to their business value and to provide services to support these policies.
