Chapter Chapter 6 in Private Equity Financing in Infrastructure and Real Estate, 2023, pp 107-111 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Traditional sources of financing are available to industries generally through a line of credit such as a loan. Under conventional terms, such processes are mostly standardized and are usually based on the 5 C’s of credit—character, capacity, condition, capital and collateral. This can sometimes make the process tedious, especially for entrepreneurs and non-traditional firms who may not fulfill the regulatory standard and possess the level of information required by lenders.
