Abstract:
Abstract A detailed discussion on the research constructs Human Resource Practices (HRP), Knowledge Management Processes (KMP), and Innovation (INN) is discussed in this chapter, and contemporary research is analyzed to define the dimensions and relevant variables. To perform empirical studies on the three research constructs, this chapter provides the necessary theoretical framework for the analysis. The identification of the research gap that has culminated in this chapter is also narrated.
