Abstract:
Abstract The chapter considers the processes of formation and further development of the public service in Turkmenistan. It examines the provisions of the Constitutions of Turkmenistan of 18 May 1992 and its amendment of 14 September 2016 and September 2020, the legislation on public service, as well as the historical and legal stages of the formation of the legislative framework of public service and the training of public servants in Turkmenistan. Consideration of public service as a specific form of work in the framework of national legislation is combined with the basic needs for the formation of modern conditions for its functioning and the training of public servants.
