Abstract: Abstract This chapter concentrate on a selection of applications in mathematical physics and mechanics to which the results of the preceding chapters are applied. This chapter contains some applications in mathematical physics and mechanics to investigate the expansion of solution in terms of generalized eigenvectors for a rectilinear transport equation and the behavior of the resolvent in the case of the Lamé system.
