Chapter 7 in Internet Philanthropy in China, 2021, pp 265-285 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract British tradition and Christianity have nurtured a strong philanthropic atmosphere in Britain. The government’s support and the development of charitable organizations complement each other well. Although there are still some loopholes in the Internet philanthropy of the UK, it is undeniable that the Internet has allowed philanthropy to penetrate into every corner of British life, and become an indispensable part of philanthropy in the country.
