Abstract: Abstract With the development of cloud computing, big data, the internet of things, and mobile internet technologies, social productivity has rapidly risen, and the resulting economic surplus has become a new issue for the world. The economic surplus brings surplus economic resources, and at the micro-level, it shows surplus funds, goods, and cognitive surpluses; at the macro level, it shows surplus inventory and surplus production capacity.
