Abstract: Abstract With the rapid expansion of the economy as well as the digging of the market potential, sharing economy continues to attract large investors on a global scale in recent years. From 2000 to 2015, the cumulative amount of investment exceeds $27 billion in the sector of sharing economy, which indicates the enthusiasm of global capital for sharing economy. In addition to the scale of investment, sharing economic model has gradually penetrated into many industries.
