Abstract: Abstract For the purpose of construction of supra-sovereign international currency, the worldwide central bank which exceeds the central banks in various states must be established, called as World Central Bank. Obviously, there should be a special institution in the charge of the issuance, management and clearing of supra-sovereign international currency.
