Abstract: Abstract This chapter first focuses on Flash, a new technology that has not been widely adopted in Japan and shows examples of how it has been introduced in China. Next, I will show why Flash is being actively adopted by Chinese companies, as it is recognized as a technology that can save a lot of labor compared to the existing one of hand-drawn animation in both Japan and China.
