Chapter Chapter 9 in Exploring the Trust and Innovation Mechanisms in M&A of China’s State Owned Enterprises with Mixed Ownership, 2021, pp 279-304 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter proposes a theoretical analysis framework based on the evolution path of open innovation to independent innovation capabilities brought about by M&A, the relationship between innovation capabilities and enterprise development, and the mechanism of mixed ownership systems for innovation-driven development. It studies the three M&A transactions of local SOE Grandblue Environment in Guangdong Province to explore the internal mechanism of mixed ownership-oriented M&A in promoting innovation-driven development.
