Chapter Chapter 7 in The Austro-Libertarian Point of View, 2021, pp 159-183 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract We attempt to analyze the U.S. Constitution from a libertarian point of view. Also, to show how certain Supreme Court rulings and constitutional interpretations progressively allowed for excessive growth in government, particularly in the areas of denial and denigration of private property rights, intervention in trade, production, consumption, and individual freedoms. Hence, we analyze the complex and slow institutional path to increasing interventionism.
