Chapter Chapter 5 in Spillover and Feedback Effects in Low Carbon Development, 2021, pp 177-195 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Interregional carbon emission transfer is an issue closely related to the allocation of emission permits. It is an extension of international emission transfer to individual countries. The transfer occurs along with international or domestic interregional trade. The increasing attention of all sectors on climate change on a global scale and the fact that carbon emission permits can affect both the environment and a region’s development make emission transfer a significant topic among scholars and policy makers.
