Chapter Chapter 17 in Unleashing the Power of 5GtoB in Industries, 2021, pp 273-279 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract 5G has evolved into a key enabler for digital transformation in China. 5G is already used to improve ultra-high-definition (UHD) video and immersive services and build new social networks to change the way people communicate. And 5G supports massive machine-to-machine connections, enabling hundreds of billions of devices to be connected to 5G networks. With ultra-high reliability and ultra-low latency, 5G is also expected to bring profound changes to vertical industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, and transportation.
