Abstract:
Abstract Nearly all firms have questions for how to proceed as we transition into a post-pandemic customer- and economic-based new reality. This concluding chapter briefly summarizes the book’s customer-centric based recommendations detailed in each chapter and then integrates these recommendations into an integrated overall framework. The framework is derived based on academic research and best practices from around the world offers firms a post-pandemic path forward to achieve continuous growth and success.
