Abstract: Abstract Indonesia’s Company Law and Small and Medium Enterprises Law are the basic laws of the Indonesian government to support the development of Indonesian start-ups and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) (In 2017, Indonesia had 59.26 million SMEssmall and medium enterprises (SMEs), accounting for 99.9% of the total number of enterprises).
