Abstract:
Abstract The US government believes that technological innovation and job creation are the two major functions of Small and Medium Enterprises and has continuously optimized SME’s external environment through legislation. At the end of 2016, the United States passed the American Innovation and Competitiveness Act, which provides a policy basis for the US government’s investment in basic research.
