Abstract:
Abstract The literature has provided theoretical analyses and descriptions of behavioural patterns in the governance practices of Chinese MNEs. Drawing on these findings, this chapter summarises the differences in governance structure and mechanism between Chinese MNEs and those established in developed economies to help readers understand the theoretical framework of Chinese MNEs’ governance.
