Chapter Chapter 9 in The Theory and Application of Multinational Corporate Governance, 2022, pp 159-186 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China in 1949, Chinese enterprises have developed rapidly. The number of Chinese enterprises in the world’s 500 largest companies reached 120 in 2018. Chinese enterprises have gradually gained their footing in the international market, and their efforts to globalise have come to fruition. Through continuous internationalisation, Chinese enterprises have improved their multinational governance ability and enhanced their competitiveness and global influence.
