Abstract: Abstract This chapter discusses the relevance of human resources and the interconnection with cross-cultural communication. It highlights the role of human resources management communication in the business objectives. It also makes emphasis on how strategic communication can benefit any organization, its functional implementation, benefits and risks associated with such a communication strategy. Overall, it does justice to discussion on human resources as a business asset, human capital, and its contribution to the viability of an organization. The communication culture of an organization is a function of its human resources unit, and the interactions lead to cross-cultural effect that can be harnessed to benefit the business entity or organization.
