Abstract:
Abstract The Need for New Thinking. If we want to change the way we manage, we must change the way we think. The old management thinking was inspired by seventeenth-century Newtonian physics. It is outdated. Quantum physics, discovered in the twentieth century, gives rise to a new paradigm and to radically new thinking. All the technology that defines the twenty-first century is quantum technology. We now live in a Quantum Age, and that requires quantum thinking.
