Chapter Chapter 13 in Zero Distance, 2022, pp 137-146 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Quantum organizations are what complexity science calls “complex adaptive systems.” These are living quantum systems, defined by 12 system principles that make them sustainable and evolutionary. The principles of quantum leadership outlined here are the human, conscious equivalents of these 12 principles. They include (1) self-awareness; (2) vision and value led; (3) spontaneity; (4) holism; (5) field-independence; (6) humility; (7) ability to reframe; (8) asking fundamental questions; (9) celebration of diversity; (10) positive use of adversity; (11) compassion; (12) a sense of vocation (purpose).
