Abstract:
Abstract Micro and small enterprises have made great contributions to the China’s economic development, but they have been facing financing difficulties. It is difficult for them to obtain loan guarantee when they are short of funds, and without loan guarantee, it will be difficult for them to obtain bank loans. No bank loans make it more difficult for enterprises to operate. The development of micro and small enterprises is seriously restricted by the vicious cycle of funds shortage. The emergence of loan guarantee insurance for micro and small enterprises provides a new way of financing guarantee for enterprises. It not only improves the credit level of enterprises, but also provides guarantee for commercial banks which provide loans. Based on the analysis of the current situation of guarantee insurance and financing of micro and small enterprises, in response to the problems and deficiencies in the development of loan guarantee insurance, this paper puts forward some targeted suggestions for the development of this business, so as to ensure better and faster development of loan guarantee insurance of small and micro enterprises.
