Abstract Since 2008 when the local government in China launched a pilot project in support of the founding of small loan companies, small loan business has seen a rapid growth and played a significant role in the development of small-size enterprises and the mitigation of their financing pressure; over recent years, however, the development of these enterprises are obviously confronting challenges.
