Abstract:
Abstract According to Ba Shusong, a “3+6” pattern of city grouping, which includes three city clusters and six central cities in China, will become the mainstay of the cities in the country and will remain as a major driving force for the development of city clusters for a certain period. In 2016, the population and the GDP of the city grouping accounted for 19.5% and 36.8% of the country’s total, respectively, and the transaction amount of new housing and second-hand housing hit 46.2% and 73.5%, respectively. Major cities have become an increasingly strong magnet for new population and capital and are characterized by a high rate of real estate transaction. The real property developers in these cities have shifted their focus from real estate development and investment to multiple operations, with their business becoming increasingly concentrated.
