Abstract As industrial competitions become more intense among major economies, decoupling of global industrial collaborative operations has received quantitative attention increase from industrialists and economists. Decoupling is a subsequent reaction to the previous globalization process, which was driven by continuous trade tariff and regulatory restrictiveness reduction since the end of WWII.
